Return Policy

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our 3 store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-gift card. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Returning Online Purchase

Items purchased online, can be returned one of two ways; you can bring your item to any one of our three brick and mortar locations for in-store credit. Or you can contact our warehouse via email at Hello@StrappingStore.com or by phone at 916-376-7396 and our associates will help you with getting a return label and your funds back.
