Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, StrappingStore.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Track Your Order
You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you can not find this email, please call our warehouse during “regular business hours” M-F 10a-5pm PST and an associate will assist you. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We will only deliver to the continental United States.
StrappingStore.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal,and StrappingStore.com Digital Gift Cards.
If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.
When you place an order on StrappingStore.com, your credit or debit card will be charged at time of purchase. You will also be charged applicable shipping and tax rates. A credit will be issued for items that we no longer have in-stock or that are unavailable for shipping.
We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.
If you ordered items for in store pick-up, they will be available within 24 hours. Online instore pick-up is only available at our Oak Park Location - 3405 Broadway, Sacramento CA 95817 during regular business hours. Orders placed on the weekend Friday Evening through Sunday Evening will not be available for in store pick up until the following Monday.
Please bring a copy of your Ready For Pickup email with you to pick up your items. You can have someone else pick up your order, but make sure they have your Ready for Pickup email.
